Maybe transmission issues? Hows the fluid level? Is the fluid burnt? Could be a TC issue as well. Does it seem like the TC is staying locked up so the truck dies?
Okay just remember that you also tuned the transmission at the same time you loaded the engine tuning. It adjusts shift points, TC lock up, line pressures, etc.
@racingt2007 I was doing some more research on this and some have said that a new crank sensor fixed it. Their issues were a bit more pronounced than yours. Their trucks would die once stopped then not start unless in neutral. Then had to rev to 1000 RPM and put in drive then chug along until rolling again.
